Flooring Installation in Islamabad & Rawalpindi

Marble, porcelain, hardwood, vinyl, or epoxy — laid over a properly prepared sub-floor, which is what actually decides whether it lasts.

Almost every flooring complaint — a tile that cracks in the second year, a hollow sound underfoot, a seam that catches your eye across the room — traces back to the sub-floor, not the material. Levelling and moisture sealing are the unglamorous half of the job, and they are the half most quotes quietly skip.

We treat flooring as a structural decision. The sub-floor is levelled and moisture-sealed before anything is laid, cuts are made to the room’s actual geometry rather than a nominal plan, and grout colour is matched to the material instead of defaulted to grey. Marble and natural stone are polished on site after installation.

Material choice then becomes a genuine choice rather than a gamble: marble and porcelain for the formal spaces, hardwood or vinyl where warmth matters, epoxy where a hard-wearing seamless surface is the point. We will tell you honestly which of those suits the room, the traffic, and the budget.

How the work runs

Sub-floor assessment
We check level, moisture, and soundness of the existing base and tell you what preparation the material you want will actually need.
Levelling and moisture sealing
The base is brought to level and sealed against ground moisture — the step that decides whether the floor survives its first few years.
Laying and precision cutting
Material set out to the room geometry, cut to fit at edges and openings, with grout colour matched rather than defaulted.
Polishing, skirting, and thresholds
Marble and stone polished on site, then skirting and thresholds installed to close the junctions cleanly.

Questions

Which flooring material is best for homes in Islamabad and Rawalpindi?

Porcelain and marble handle twin-cities summers and heavy traffic well and stay the default for drawing and dining areas. Hardwood and quality vinyl suit bedrooms where warmth matters. Epoxy works where a seamless hard-wearing surface is the priority. The right answer depends on the room, the traffic, and your budget — we will tell you which we would use and why.

Why do tiles crack or sound hollow after installation?

Almost always because of the sub-floor, not the tile. An unlevel or unsealed base leaves voids and moisture under the material, and those turn into cracks and hollow spots within a year or two. Proper levelling and moisture sealing before laying is what prevents it.

Can you replace flooring in an occupied house?

Yes. We phase the work room by room so the house stays livable, and contain dust at the working boundary. A phased job takes longer overall than an empty-house installation, and we will give you a room-wise schedule up front.

How long does flooring take?

Typically 2–4 weeks depending on covered area and material. Marble and natural stone take longer than porcelain because of on-site polishing, and sub-floor repair on an older property can add a week.
